What are the requirements for hire?
We need a clear 2m x 2m space
13amp (normal socket) within 7m of the spa
Tap (indoor or outdoor)
Hose Pipe

How do I fill the spa?
You will be required to fill the hot tub with water meaning a tap and hose pipe are needed. The spas take anywhere from 45 minutes to 120 minutes to fill depending on water pressure.

Do you provide chemicals?
Yes! We provide all chemicals and instruction on how and when to add them, you will be left with a black box containing all your chemicals and instruction sheets.

Can I use an extension lead?
In short no, Lay Z Spa themselves do not advise using the spa with an extension leading meaning we do not permit the use of them.

Are we insured?
Absolutely, we are a fully registered company and hold all the relevant insurances, we take yours and our safety very seriously.

Do you drain the spa?
We do prefer all spas to be drained prior to collection via the drain plug on the bottom however we understand this isn’t possible for everyone, so we do have the ability to pump the water out of the spa into a drain of your choice.

Do I need side access?
No! We can fit through a standard door way meaning wether it is through your house or down a side passage access isn’t an issue.

What happens if I have an issue throughout my hire?
If you have any issues throughout your hire you needn’t worry, we offer a round the clock phone service along with a 24-7 call out.

Will the chlorine kill my grass?
With the chlorine being heavily diluted it reduces the risk, in 3 years we have never experienced such! However we will not be held responsible should this happen.
